"I will visit you, and I will fulfill to you my promise and bring you back to this place." - Jeremiah 29:10. God promises to return to his people and bring them to a place of safety and peace. He is speaking simultaneously to the original audience of Jeremiah and to us. We look forward to our own rescue from this modern Babylon and being reunited with God in the kingdom of heaven.
