[PoE] Cast on Crit Discharge
Hell Yeah, today i show you the improved version of my Cast on Crit - Discharge - Cyclone, through the #1 Critdagger in Forums, this build reaches a whole new level. Up to 135k (190k with Concentratet Effect) average per Discharge and we can discharge up to 6 times per second, per target... So in best Case, with 3 targets and nice Dps Roll, we reach about 2.700.000 Area Damage per second... If max roll, theoretically it should be over 4.000.000...
