[PoE] 1.3 Cast on Crit nerf? Nice Story, Bro!
Toot, Toooot! This is my first impression to 1.3... There's just a so little nerf, that we really don't care. And btw: We got 20% range, for 20% less dps.. It's kinda good deal!
