X-VERT MAIDEN FLIGHT

E-flite X-Vert maiden flight. I hadn't flown RC in almost 12 months. This plane is capable of vertical takeoffs and landings, and hovered flight similar to a drone, but can also transition to forward flight and is capable of 3D maneuvers owing to motor controlled yaw and very large flight surfaces and wide speed range. Future flights will include learning to exploit the 3D aerobatic capabilities of this craft (bearing in mind that I'm almost 80!). This is a pure fun/challenge RC airplane that can takeoff and land without a runway. BTW: These went out of production several years ago -- I was lucky to find this one NIB on eBay.
