PCem Windows 95 Walkthrough
In case you're wondering: how far can you go with PCem? My answer is: A good decent guest 95 Machine emulated with Creative 3D Blaster Voodoo2 on it. I guess it would run better and get good frames per second!

Machine: Intel Advanced/ZP
CPU: Intel Pentium OverDrive MMX 166
Memory: 64 MB
Graphics Creative 3D Blaster Voodoo2
Sound: Sound Blaster 16
OS: Windows 95 OSR2
My host specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K
GPU: AMD Radeon R7 370 Series
Mainboard: MSI Z97 GAMING 7
OS: Windows 10 64-Bit
I hope I'll never get bottlenecked for the next time I will install Win98SE with Voodoo2 on it. It never bother me anyway.
