New Ford S Max Hybrid 2021
Ford have unveiled their first electrified SUV, the S-MAX Hybrid
Powered by a 2.5L Atkinson cycle petrol engine combined with a 1.1 kWh Lithium-Ion battery electric motor, offering fuel efficiency from 6.4-6.5 l/100 km, CO2 emissions from 148-149 g/km (WLTP)
The petrol engine replenishes the battery charge automatically, with no need for plugging in to an external power outlet.
Not only stylish, the new S-Max is versatile, and can comfortably seat five or seven, depending on trim. The seats can be folded flat at the push of a button, and can be configured to increase load capacity behind the first row of seats.
Towing capacity is 1,560 kg for the seven seater and 1,750 kg, for the five seater model.
