Here's a what happened at the Launch of One Gin.
One Gin is distilled at Blackdown Distillery in Sussex.
The process uses 9 botanicals from around the world, plus one quintessentially British botanical – sage – foraged from the grounds of the distillery. Every bottle contributes to funding clean water projects in some of the world’s harshest regions.
One Gin is handcrafted in small batches in an alembic copper still and then seven-times filtered for an exceptionally smooth finish. The result is a unique British gin with savoury notes of black tea from the marriage of juniper and sage.
One Gin is a versatile craft gin – perfect in a G&T with a slice of crisp apple and a sage leaf to garnish, as well as a range of cocktails that we’ll be sharing over the coming months.
