After going 17 & 1 with this fit I feel it is ready for the world to see.
Note: that this setup is meant for low sec/faction warfare space, and has not been tested in null sec.
With the current meta of active rep ships, this fit shines bright!
Stay away from kiting cepters, and garmurs!
