Qian Shiying demonstrates and explains how to use the "wrap-across"-technique against a punch. The technique is from the Internal Kung Fu style: Xin Yi Liu He Quan, 心意六合拳. (Qian Shiying is son of Master Qian Zhaohong a well known master from Shanghai).
