The Greenland Rivierre RV186L baler is made in the Netherlands. It's a direct competitor to the John Deere 590, but unlike the John Deere, the Rivierre features a combined intake roller and side augers that distribute the initial material into an even bale and prevent it from clogging at the start.
The belt baler is easy to operate and reliable, particularly suitable for dry straw or hay in arid regions. Where a roller baler would slip and break the outer layer of the bale, the belt baler compacts the material from the base by compressing the hay with belts until the bale is formed. It produces bales 1.2 meters wide, 0.8 to 1.8 meters high, and weighing up to 500 kg. The baler is equipped with an additional automatic control panel and a wide 2.1-meter pickup. The pickup is simple, reliable, and easy to operate, with minimal bells and whistles. A tractor with at least 50 hp is suitable for operation.
