Cali the Rescue Dog: Skylarks Nature Reserve
A little slice of nature we've never explored before - Skylarks Nature Reserve adjacent to Holme Pierrepont Water Sports Centre.
If you're looking for a peaceful walk to connect with your surroundings, this is the one to go on. It's absolutely gorgeous, we did somehow get lost towards the end though and had to climb through a barbed wire fence with the dog... I believe the path looped and went back on itself but we took a grass trail which led elsewhere.
I actively encourage everyone to get out their house and explore the walks near where they live, especially whilst in lockdown, it does wonders for your mind and body.
