In a @ZakirKhan interview, he shared that while making a decision, he uses three deciding factors — Will I earn something? Will I learn something? Will I meet new people? — and if one-and-a-half out of three satisfies, then he makes the decision in favor.
Whether or not one-and-a-half out of three deciding factors is a good measure for you is up to you, but I think asking these three questions while making a decision is super useful. And having a visualization for this is even better.
Happy decision-making!
