INTANGIBLE (LYRICS)
Human beings think they can see, touch, reach everything.
Yet they do not realise that what they suppose they give an identity to has actually no face, and, therefore, it is intangible.
Intangible is everything that we do not reach out by contact, but that we perceive when we go deeper, when we immerse ourselves in a more intense space where understanding becomes denser and we can understand other people or what we are experiencing.
Intangible is a breath that becomes matter when we decide to perceive it as a presence rather than an idea of something that only exists as a veiled image which does not allow the exile of sharpness.
Remember when you were a child, when the time of dreams was unreachable, and yet with your innocence you realise them all: they were so visible, so powerfully attainable in the manifestation of their inescapable appearance.
Intangible is love and everything that belongs to love’s realm; perhaps that is why we forget to immerse our hearts in the sovereignty of a moment that simply requires to be listened to and attention. Love may frighten us when we do not know how to consider it for what it is really worth, and therefore we remain on the surface, while sailing in an ocean of vacuity where there is no need for a concrete awareness.
To touch the intangible is to reach the infinity of something that is already defined in a handbook of beauty we have had before our eyes ever since we come into the world, but that, with time, we often forget. We are born to learn the poetry of life that teaches us a single rhyme to remember, the one that speaks about a horizon which has been abandoned before the boundary line where there exists a time to go beyond, where we can understand how far we can go, to exile into the space of a perception what we can reach and make tangible every intangible figure in it.
Try to remember a moment that has yet to come but which in truth has already been there, a tiny and timeless instant, where woman and man will meet and transform every boundary into an ethereal passage made of essence rather than of substance, where, together, they will be able to unite their unmistakable and irrefutable distances, where we will remember the reason that led us to understand how fundamental it is to learn to make tangible... what is intangible.
Woman is a window of time
from which we glimpse the dawn of the universe
where the sense of an eternal space we do not understand falls asleep at dusk.
