🛡️PFSENSE🛡️ 01. INSTALLATION in VIRTUALBOX 🔥
In this practice, we will install pfSense on a VirtualBox virtual machine and configure the necessary network interfaces to establish a LAN and a WAN. We will access the pfSense administration panel from the WAN, configuring firewall rules to allow HTTPS connections and ensure secure remote access. Additionally, as a connectivity test, we will add a rule that allows ICMP (ping) traffic between the networks, verifying the firewall's correct configuration and operation. This activity will allow us to understand how to manage security policies in pfSense and how to control access between different network segments, optimizing administration and protecting network resources.
