How to fix Chrome / Torch black screen 100% works for old pc or windows. 2020
This might works for newer versions as well.
1. Go to startup
2. Choose chrome or Torch then right click "PROPERTIES"
3. Click SHORTCUTS then in TARGET BOX type "--disaple-gpu" then APPLY
4.Click "compatibility" click the tick then choose which windows type you are using then hit OKAY.
