Almost all kinds of vehicles go from Sylhet to Jaflong. You can go to Jaflong by CNG/ Microbuses. We got our CNG from Darga gate, which cost 1600 BDT for up-down reserve. If you take Microbus, it will cost BDT 3000 to 5000 for the whole day. From any place in Sylhet city, you will find CNG or Auto Rickshaws. If you are in a group, the best and most affordable way is going with CNG/Microbuses. It will help you to see the sight from anywhere. Don’t forget to bargain to get the affordable prices

Tips for Traveling Jaflong
• If you can go in a group, it will reduce the overall cost.
• When you want to buy or eat something, want to hire a boat or car or other vehicles, please do a bargain.
• Jaflong is very near to the Indian border, so be careful about the border. Never try to move near the border, it’s very risky.
• Be careful while bathing in the water, due to the stone lifting, many places are very deep.
• Don’t throw the plastic bottle, or polythene into water or anywhere. Keep it in your bag for throwing in the right place. It is our natural wealth, so, it’s our duty to save.
• Never misbehave with the indigenous people. They are very simple, helpful, and honest. They can increase your joy.
• You will find some Indian foods, cosmetics, and toys, and they will ask for a huge price. Bargain if you want to get it for your family member.
