Paging Records with Data Controller
One of the differences between the interfaces a developer could create using SAS/FSP FSEDIT, and Data Controller for SAS®, was the ability to 'page' across different screens (rows).
Well - as of the latest release, it is no longer a difference! You can cyle through the rows, make changes, and cycle back. The Edit Record modal includes:
Validations (data quality rules)
Extended Validations (run SAS code to generate dropdown)
Static Dropdowns
Type checking
Linking (send a link to edit a single record)
Column Level Security
etc etc.
Data Controller is free for 5 users and runs on ALL flavours of SAS (Viya, EBI, Base).
