Rhino is probably one of if not the best all round Warframe. The only way to obtain his parts is though the jackal assassination mission on Venus. His Neuroptics, Chassis, and Systems can be found there while his blueprint can be bought off the market for 35,000 credits.
Rhino Prime is slightly more annoying to get depending on how deep your pockets are or how much you're willing to grind for plat as he has been vaulted since 2016. He has made an appearance every year so he's not unobtainable. He was farmable early this year so now is as good as a time as any to buy his prime set on the market.
