Animation 1. Sea Country for cultural connection and wellbeing
This animation explains the importance of Sea Country to identity and individual health and wellbeing. It introduces the Connections to Sea Country-Aboriginal Peoples of Coastal NSW survey findings recognising the importance of healthy Sea Country and its relationship to the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal Peoples.
The cultural monitoring project is funded under the Marine Estate Management Strategy under Initiative 8 to enhance social, cultural and economic benefits.
