Quarterly regulation outlook 2Q24
In the second quarter of 2024, the IASB published IFRS 18 and 19. In Europe, EIOPA launched a stress test for insurers, the Banking Package (CRR III / CRD VI), the CSDDD and a legislative package on AML and CFT were approved. In the UK and US there were also relevant regulatory developments, including advances in AI regulation.
