This is my Iori Yagami XII with flames.
A friend of mine asked me to make a tutorial on how to add the KOF 2002 UM Effect for the background...

In this video, I have added var(49) variable. You can ignore it and delete the whole line. I use it so that others who download the char
can turn off or on the effect with one button.
The char is almost complete.. AI tweaking hard, new palettes, one more MAX2, and compilation...
