Recipe Ingredients:
-Steamed potatoes

Veal escalope marinade:
-Blend onions and garlic, chopped cilantro and parsley
-Peanut oil
-Salt, pepper, turmeric, and ginger

Archduke sauce:
-250g mushrooms
-Garlic and onions
-Olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, thyme, and nutmeg
-500ml cream

Green salad, cucumber, tomatoes, red onions, corn, and vinaigrette
