Ingredients:
115g butter at room temp
115g Sugar
2 eggs
115g Self-raising Flour
Grated Zest from ½ Lemon
Lemon Juice from ½ Lemon
70g Blueberry
100g Cream Cheese
90g Icing Sugar
1 Spoon Lemon Curd
Fruits of your liking for decoration
