IBC Rainwater Harvesting System
550 Gallon expandable IBC tote rain water harvesting system. This a a DIY project I built to collect enough rain water for my aquaponics garden. After building it I realized many more uses for the system. I have plans to install 2-3 more tanks, a 12 volt DC pump powered by a battery and a small solar panel to charge the battery. The system then should supply enough water for my garden, lawn, flower beds, and a soaker hose that feeds around the house to keep the foundiation from moving and cracking during our hot Texas summers.
