How I Got Fat
Had someone ask the question of how did I get as heavy as I did and what was the moment that I decided to turn things around. Basically, how did I get fat? I realized that I never really discussed this and thought it would be good to go over. Ultimately I am responsible for my weight gain, but this goes into some detail of things that did not help.
