Statue of Lady Penh, Legendary Founder of Phnom Penh, Cambodia
A statue of Lady Penh, the woman who was believed to have founded the city of Phnom Penh, Cambodia in the 14th century. The statue is located across the street from Wat Phnom, the site where Lady Penh built a shrine for four bronze buddha statues that she miraculously found floating on the river in a hollow tree.
