On Friday 5/30/25 between the hours of 6:30pm through 7:30pm calls were made from Sweet Pete's Restaurant located at 400 North Hogan Street Jacksonville, possibly regarding a man holding a sign allegedly panhandling. Officer Flanders along with three other JSO Officers responded to the scene. I am submitting a public records request for copies of all phone calls, radio traffic, CAD reports, written reports and body worn camera recordings of this incident.
