Plouise Base VS Milani Eyeshadow Primer | Which Is Better?
♡ Hey guys! In todays video we are going to put the Milani eyeshadow primer against the Plouise Base. I want to see which base will be the easiest to use. I also want to see with which base the shadows will perform the best. Do we need to blend a lot? How will the pigment be? And which one do I recommend? Let’s find out together!
I also want to note that I have not received the new base yet. I have not even received a tracking number so I assume that they haven’t even shipped one yet. I’m going to contact them about that. My batch number on the Bling Boss palette is AB060 but it also says V2.
