I want you to know, I've never been to therapy; I always considered it but never went myself. I've considered ending my life on multiple occasions, but never gone through with it. I've been alone; I am alone. Don't ever feel sorry for yourself because others won't. If I can get through the shit I've been through, so can you.
Why say any of that? Read on if you want, if not I really don't care. I need this-
I think I had something REALLY bad in my neck because of the damage I caused my body through past smokin' (not cigs, ew never...). In February it got bigger and bigger... Thankfully, changing my diet and lifestyle has caused it to shrink exponentially and nearly disappear. I think I know what that was, but I'm not gonna assume anything; it was incredibly scary...whatever it was. That's why I was gone for the month. Yet the only true reason I got into smoking is that I wanted to die, slowly. I knew that stuff was killin' me, but I chose to keep it up on purpose so I could feel something before it came because I was Bored.
That's a familiar word I've used on this channel, huh?
I didn't have anyone to tell in person because the previous "friends" I've made changed for the worse because I got worse with them, so I dropped them to fix me.
I needed to fix....LITERALLY everything about me, and I finally feel so damn good. P.S., as much as it may help some, you shouldn't have to pay someone to listen to you. Therapy is an option, not a requirement; the only person who can fix you, is you.
