Netflix Bought Our Old Studio...
Netflix is trying to conquer the world! Yesterday, Netflix announced they bought Animal Logic, a production studio that is famous for working on films like the Matrix, 300, The Lego Movies and More. This is also the studio that Jamie used to work at as an animator/ artist. Billy and Jamie discuss the pros and cons of this purchase for Animal Logic and what might be some of the motivations behind this purchase. They also take a look at some of the new clips from the Otherside and the Metaverse they created which housed over 1000 people in one spot. What does that mean for artists and society?
