Eduvision Career Planning Workshop | Principal Shafqat-ul-Mulk shares his thoughts
We recently conducted Aptitude Assessments (Career Planning Workshop) in Swabi Model School and Girls College, Kotha, Swabi. The workshop was held for students of 9th, 10th, and 11th grades, with the aim of assessing their personalities, abilities, and inclinations to provide personalized career recommendations.
The workshop began with an opening session introducing students to the concept of Career Planning and Aptitude Assessment, followed by a briefing on the activities of the workshop. We then conducted a two-hour assessment, during which students’ personalities, abilities, inclinations, IQ, EQ, and several other attributes were evaluated. It was followed by a Career Guidance Session where educational and career opportunities in Pakistan were discussed.
After the assessments, individual reports are prepared for the students, which include three recommended career options for them along with other details. Later, a follow-up session is held where students are given an opportunity to discuss their reports and career plans with the counselor.
