On October 23rd, during the Ministry of Health and Welfare's comprehensive audit, Rep. So Byung-hoon cited the case of the University of Tokyo Medical School's failure to select new students in 1969, arguing that, for the sake of quality medical education, admissions should not be allowed. Minister Cho Kyu-hong stated that there is a Plan B for residents who do not return to their medical schools.
