Endurance level 26 (26% bonus base stamina) , Standard labyrinth kit with -13% Movement Speed Penalty, 31Kg non overweight.
Edit: It was pointed out i forgot to mention the bonus movement speed of Strength levels which is this : "Increases movement and sprint speed (0.4% per level → +20% at Elite Level) " . Keep in mind that those times recorded in the document are for comparison only. They can fluctuate based on many things (elevation, kit penalties ,strength, or endurance) but the core difference is what matters , the higher the difference the worst is that stim combo for usage.
