#cyberpunk2077 had some great music in it, but one of the hidden gems was the super melancholic and nostalgic Kerry's Song that Kerry Eurodyne played on the yacht.
I admit that I totally didn't notice the song Kerry played on the yacht when I did the mission (what was I thinking? 😂)
Thankfully my buddy Van Derand did. The nostalgic and melancholic vibe of the song said something to him and he went to work into covering it.
At some point he got in touch because he wanted me to replay the guitars for his version. I listened to it and IMMEDIATELY I got hooked, because no only of the quality of the production, but mostly because it oozes feelings.
I wrote the guitars in about 2 hours and I think for him it was a fast work, he finished the whole arrangement in 2 days. I think you know what I believe about that, if something flows fast, it's good.
In my opinion this version is the best representation of what the complete song of Kerry's would be.
