Now to make everyone their personal space and a world they are using headphones with their mobile either to make a call or listen to music or watch videos etc. and almost more than75 percent of people do use it every day.
Daily use in the office, in college, or in school life anywhere you take you are using this technology. though they can be very dangerous when you don’t take precautions to use them correctly. Many side effects can abound from frequent headphone use.
Headphones can damage the ears if used for a long time at a high volume.

If you listen to music on a high volume that is equivalent to, or higher than 90 decibels, then it may cause some serious damage to your ears as well as permanent hearing loss. if you can’t hear anything going on around you when listening to headphones, the decibel level is too high and can lead to partial or complete hearing loss. Headphones are very close to the sensitive structure of the inner ear. The high-energy sound waves kill hair cells in the inner ear, and also cause hearing problems and ringing in the ear. People that aren’t paying attention are more prone to accidents like these, and those that are busy listening to headphones.

Earphones these days produce electromagnetic waves that can be dangerous for the brain. it is common to find brain-related problems in daily users of Bluetooth and earphones.

You should always be on the lookout for signs of hearing loss. Some symptoms include buzzing or ringing in the ears, pain in the ears, difficulty in hearing at low volume, and a need to keep the volume up.

Experts advise you should never listen to music more than 60% of the maximum volume, and listen for a maximum of 60 mins per day. The more sound lesser the duration becomes. Even at reasonable volumes, it’s never a good thing to use headphones all the time. That duration can also affect your ears badly. Use good quality and Well-known brand headphones.
