In a rather embarrassing yet unsurprising revelation, it turns out that Google's AI model Gemini seems to have gone completely overboard in an attempt to be more 'inclusive' and 'diverse' with the results it produces especially when it comes to images.
Over the past couple of days several users reported strange results with the AI insisting on including black people in every image completely disregarding the historical accuracy of such images. For example requests for images such as a Roman emperor, the Pope, Vikings and German solider during WW2 all had black or Asian people in them despite the fact that historically none existed.
