imos iX VR experience presented @ LIGNA 2017
imos iX VR experience presented at the 2017 LIGNA fair in Hanover, Germany.
The VR room was designed on the Unreal software and presented on a set of HTC VIVE goggles and a backpack PC to allow participants the true experience of moving around.
This particular VR experience adds sound effects to the VR walk-through and allows for complete overall change of the interior design. The VR room is built on two levels (loft) to show the functionality as well.
VR walk-throughs are the newest service by MOS Consult in collaboration with imos AG. The VR walk-through is the final step of a complete automation of the manufacturing process in the furniture industry.
