Just me trying to get the highest movement speed in League Of Legends...
I bought 5 Phantom Dancers and 1 Boots Of Mobility...
and maxed at 2200...
Used Revive, Ghost and Highlander...
I didnt get any runes that enhance anything as im saving up for a new champion...
