Microsoft Excel tips: Customizing the Quick Access Toolbar
If you wanna add command which is currently not in any Ribbon, then follow steps below.
To add commands to the Quick Access Toolbar
1. Display the Quick Access Toolbar page of the Excel Options dialog box.
2. In the Choose commands from list, click the group of commands from which you want to select. In this example I choose "All Commands"
3. In the Choose commands pane, locate the command you want to add. I choose "Camera" here.
4. Then click the Add button.
