Maybe you have never heard of Tuna Melt, but I'm sure you have already tasted it or maybe tried some of its local reproductions, because it is one of the most famous sandwiches in the USA! Very simple to make, but incredibly good 😋 Here's how to do it
► Ingredients to prepare the tuna melt:
8 slices of bread
16 slices of cheddar
180 g of drained tuna in oil
160 g of mayonnaise
1 spring onion
4 gherkins in vinegar
0.5 g of lemon zest
1 bunch of parsley
Butter to taste
Salt to taste
