Animations in Disco Diffusion V4.1 & V5.2. A quick tutorial & a few tips. Sorry, no blah blah here. You just have to try it. Change one parameter at a time.
I made it quick for a reason: don't be afraid. Enter settings and try things. Try Disco Diffusion 4.1 and 5.2, they are both cool.
DD 5.2 has new things, like 3D and Turbo Mode (for smoother movements). Try them.

If you want to work seriously, try Google Colab Pro or Pro+. You pay, but you can use 2 or 3 colabs at the same time, with faster GPUs. And no Google doesn't pay me to say that :-)

In 2D Animation:
angle can be negative: angle: (0|-3 to 3)
zoom: 0: (1), 10: (1.10) is a fast zoom.
zoom: 0: (1), 10: (1) is a no zoom (you can translate without zooming!)
zoom: 0: (1), 10: (1.01) is a slower zoom (find your settings!)
zoom: 0: (1), 10: (0.9) zooms out.
translation_x (you can go from -10 to 10) is like a lateral tracking shot.
translation_x (you can go from -10 to 10) is like a vertical tracking shot.
