You'll notice that you can't change the "scheduler" and that there are no "steps". It's set to "25 steps" in the colab. I tried changing it, but there's no purpose in doing so. However, if you'd like to change it, the line you need to alter is "num_inference_steps=25," located at the end of the Image Generation Settings cell. You can obviously modify this. Then, validate the cell and the next one to get a fresh Gradio instance. However, it's pointless... in my opinion :-)
