D6C Cat Cold Start After Over 10 Years Idle

My old D6 Caterpillar that I have had since about 1978 started up after being parked for 10 years. It has Not been started of moved for at least 10 years. I didn't even have to put fresh fuel in. The only issue was that the batteries were toast. I spent many hours on the old girl in my younger days in the oilfields. She served me well and I have some plans to pull some trees out of the woods this winter. We shall see how that goes.
