Digital and New Economy (DECON) Course is a hybrid course consisting of 11 sessions presented by MSS FEBUI x ILUNI FEBUI. DECON offers materials that are valuable for subsequent use in the Digital Economy era. SESSION 10: Redefine Business Value - Investment, Valuation, and Exit Strategy
The new economy creates a new standard of value. The shift in value in financial and investment science causes financial actors and investors to have an additional perspective on how new values are defined and their translation in the form of asset and business valuations. This topic will discuss various techniques available in the industry to provide value to a business as well as “exit” strategy options for investors and new economic entrepreneurs.
