This pregnancy/prenatal yoga flow is what my body was craving just before my first birth. I focused mainly on hip & pelvic opening to help prepare my body for birth and am sharing this video in the hopes that it helps others.
I recommend practicing this during your third trimester but can be practiced during the first or second trimester as well.
I did this flow on a Tuesday, pre-labor contractions started on Wednesday (my due date), actual labor started on Thursday evening and baby was born around 2 AM Friday morning. I had about 24 hours of irregular, easy pre-labor contractions which progressed to about 3.5 hours of actual labor/contractions during my natural, unmedicated home birth.
I hope this helps your body and mind be more at ease and wish y’all a safe, healthy and happy birth!
