sorry, idk why i started off with a big fat ’12 months’ lie - BUT i’ve been doing project pan for about half a year now, and honestly… there are so many things i wish i’d known before i started. if you’re new here, project pan is all about using up the products you already own (makeup, skincare, perfume, haircare, all of it) instead of constantly buying new ones. the goal? to hit the pan (aka to finish the product) before replacing.
