Oscilloscope Music on a DIY laser projector at Hackerspace TDvenlo
I used an external DAC with line output to feed directly to the analog input of the galvanometer drivers. It's important to have an audio output without DC filter. The DC filter is usually present on headphone outputs to only pass AC.
This video also shows the visual difference between oscilloscope and laser projector. The laser projector loses detail because it's scan speed is very slow compared to the oscilloscope.
