Last June 10,2020 it was known to the public that there is a BIR Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 60-2020 “Notifies person conducting business through any forms of electronic media regarding their tax obligations and the registrations of their business with the BIR.
All ONLINE SELLERS are requested to register their business at BIR on or before July 30, 2020 and have to declare their previous income.
