1916 Vintage House with Master Bedroom available. Room has adjoining bathroom and small sunroom. Queen-sized bed, bed-side table/heater, and U-Verse TV and Internet. Exercise room across the hall equipped with Treadmill, PowerRider, some free weights and bench, TV and stand for your laptop.
Our adult occupancy is for 2. However, if you have small children, we have two queen-sized air beds to accommodate.
Double-paned windows and quiet Mitsubishi Mr. Slim environmental control make for a peaceful night sleep. We will provide snacks, just let us know what you prefer for breakfast We have a small dining room to enjoy the food.
The house is in a colorful neighborhood. It is 4 blocks from Bishop Arts District, walking distance. Bishop Arts and Davis Street have many family owned restaurants and cafes and a wide variety of cuisines. Or catch a nearby DART bus to the Dallas West End and downtown convention area just 4 miles away. A great place to stay for the out of town conventioneer.
We have a 16 pound Chihuahua and a neighborhood cat that drops by occasionally.
We have a library of over 1000 cookbooks for the foodies and a Fender Strat and amp for the musically inclined.
