Smashburgers!
It’s #NationalBBQMonth and I’m making Smashburgers on the @webergrillsca Slate 30” rust-resistant griddle.
Burgers are an elite BBQ dish no matter how you make them, but my favourite method is Smashburgers made on the griddle so you have even, edge-to-edge heat for that perfect crust.
A double stack of 1/4 lb patties topped with cheese on a toasted bun with sautéed onions and burger sauce is my go-to method.
For the sauce, simply mix together 2 parts mayonnaise, 1 part ketchup, 3/4 part mustard, some salt and pepper, a couple shakes of worchestershire sauce, and a dollop of relish.
